This place had a very bad impression on me. I dropped off my suit jacket on Monday and when I came to pick it up on Wednesday, they didnt clean it because of a stain! They didnt bother to call me to let me know (they ask for your name and phone number). Moreover, when I dropped off the jacket, the worker didnt bother to inspect the jacket. Honestly, I were not aware of this stain, which is why I suspect they accidentally stained it. I wore it the day before and there were no stains. Personally, I cannot trust my clothes with businesses that dont own up to their mistakes.

Holes in my silk skirt from using a huge pin to hold it on the hanger and wrinkled vest with button shape wrinkles. When I addressed these issues the manager yelled saying thats not her problem and that I shouldve told her not to make holes. Ive been to many cleaners before and this is the worst, I do not recommend it. She also says to call the owner so I can speak my language. ?? Im Asian and I speak fluent English. Extremely unprofessional.

Weve been coming here for over 4 years now and are so happy with the service. Charlie greets us every time by name and even remembers tidbits about my husband and I. It goes without saying that our clothes are always pristine when we pick them up and they always strive to have them ready as quickly as possible. I love this place!

Been knowing Charlie for a longtime i have expensive clothes and i trust no one else to do my cleaning. Charlie knows everyone by name even after the first time, she takes the time to get to know her customers and she goes above and beyond, i highly recommend A1 Cleaners at 2515 Gessner and great alterations as well.
