Unreliable. Dont go here if you want your clothes in time. 3 shirts, 2 slacks, jacket and vest. I dropped it off at 6:30 p and was told it would be ready same time next day. They were not. This cost me an extra two hours of my time between the frivolous trip to retrieve my clothes when they werent ready and having to delay my travel plans to pick up my clothes. If you cant complete a job in one day, thats fine. Tell me that and Ill try your business out when I have more time to spare. Dont lie to me and waste everyones time. Also no prices posted anywhere and I couldnt even get an estimate when I dropped off my clothes. Very frustrating.

Be aware - pricing is outrageous….No posted prices, which is extremely frustrating. I would usually ask for an estimate, but I was in a huge rush that particular day and asked to pay in advance, but she was "not able to do that". I sure did PAY for going against my instincts. 5 items for $45, with a 20% discounted coupon (1 button up shirt, 1 pair of slacks, 1 cotton sweater and 1 fitted dress). I did not notice anything different than other cleaners that charge less than half the price. I will never use them again.

I went to Vogue cleaners for the first time recently because I started a new job. Two pairs of dress slacks and 6 button up shirts was almost $29. Coincidentally they dont have any of their prices posted inside. $2 for dress shirt is reasonable but 6.50 / slacks is outrageous. I will not return

This is the second Vogue Cleaners location I have taken my clothes to for Dry Cleaning. Both Vogue Cleaners locations have had wonderful Customer Service and the BEST Dry Cleaning results. I will continue to use Vogue Cleaners!
