I love the MW Valet service!! My driver comes by twice a week to pick up/drop off and this saves me so much time!! Everything is always done exactly as I request. When my credit card on file expired, they still brought my clothes and called me to ask for an updated card. Most places would have held the clothes hostage, but not MW Cleaners. They knew that those items may be needed before the next delivery date, so they left them and called me. Thats great service that many places do not do anymore. Highly recommend.

The customer service was fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. The cleaning was done sooner than expected! Love the text notification when its ready for pick up! When I picked up the cleaning I was pleasantly surprised at the offer to help carry out my cleaning. The cost is a bit more, but well with it. Not only is the customer service impeccable but the care taken in packaging the cleaning was impressive!

Great experience ... i was concern about if they could remove those bad stains around my shirts especially for the higher cost and i gave them a try and was very satisfied with results and all my clothes look new again and they delivered to the house for free. The only problem that i did have was they missed 1 pair of pants that they delivered on Monday. And i will use them again

My new hq for my dry cleaning. I needed same day service. They were an hour past accepting same day service orders and took in my clothes anyways and had it done by 2 pm that day They were kind, courteous, did a great job, and gave me coupons for a second visit thats the kind of care that doesnt exist anymore. Btw they deliver!
