STAY AWAY!!! I have used this cleaners for the past year, but lately the service and reliability have disappeared. I dropped off uniform shirts midday on a Friday. While there was a possibility of them being back by close of business Saturday, the attendant said they would be ready no later than Monday morning. I show up around 10am Monday morning to pick up my shirts as instructed. I am then told they arent there and to check back after 5:30pm. I come back at 6:00pm to be told that they still arent there. After some time wasting and useless phone calls by the attendant to her supervisor an hour across town, they say that Im out of luck and that Ill have to wait until after the 4th of July holiday to get my shirts. Mind you, I am now out of uniform shirts for work which I have to do despite it being a holiday. I suck it up, find a dirty shirt to wear for the single day and come back Wednesday as instructed to find no shirts still. I tell the attendant to take my address and have the shirts delivered when/if they ever arrive. I even spoke to a supervisor who offered to credit me the whopping sum of $4.17 for the cleaning charges. The manager "Bethany" was called multiple times, with multiple voicemails and emails left. Not a single response from her. In the end, they couldnt even manage to deliver the shirts that had been held hostage for nearly a week. Take your business elsewhere. Theres far too many dry cleaners in the area to waste your time with an operation a poorly managed as this one.

Ive used this place the last 2 years and never had an issue til recently when i picked up my order i was missing a dress shirt and had somebody elses shirt. When i returned what wasnt mine they refused to do anything about my missing shirt very bad for a loyal customer. Its not about the money its about good customer service which is definately lacking here.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME. They have a great and fun staff, and they have the best cleaning in The Woodlands!!! I am very happy with these guys.
