I dropped my winter Jacket off in May of 2011 to NuTrend. It had a fur-lined collar that I wanted to have professionally cleaned. I paid in advance and when I went to pick it up it was ruined. The fur had been fried and it looked like it had been put in a dryer. At the time I was told to leave the coat and that the owner would reimburse me. All winter I have not had a coat and have followed up at least 20 times by going in to the store, calling, and calling the owner (which was ignored) January 10, 2012, the manger told me that the owner had purchased fur and is going to have the coat repaired. I am extremely skeptical that this will even happen. If it does it is so after the fact and unacceptable that I felt like I needed to warn others that this company does not stand behind its service. You will pay to have your things ruined. Accidents happen, reputable businesses make it right in a timely manor.

They provide good service for the best price. Like the ability tondrop off my laundry and leave. You are kept in a database with your laundry preferences and credit card. Simply drop and go. You are auto billed for a two pickup. Staff is always friendly.
