First time using them and they ripped a hole in my dress shirt in the chest. They require a receipt for any claims above $25 so I will not be getting a full refund for the shirt that they ripped. Also, my tie had a stain on it when I got it back. Only got 2 stars because the guy behind the counter was very apologetic even though it wasnt his fault that my shirt was ripped & that I wasnt getting a full refund.
