Fashion has been my dry cleaners for 25 years. In those years I have received better custome service, excellent leather cleaning, the best wool cleaning and laundry and pressing that compares to no other establishment in experiences. The most unpleasant situation that happened is when they lost a vest a to three piece suit I had just purchased. We did come to a mutually beneficial agreement. Finally when you have been doing busness with a company for such an extended time, I realize personnell change, and people are not perfect. I said that to say I am considering doing my laundery myself because my shirts have been unsatisfactorily pressed. I am a former wool presser so I my judgement may be more critical than the average customer. However Fashion Cleaners is still the best. J. Brown.

They did not advise on pricing. I Cavan to pick up the clothes (4 pieces) the bill turns out to be well over double of the price I expected. One piece was still dirty and I had to ask several time to get it removed from the bill. My suggestion, find a different cleaner, the do not respect nor care for their customer. Bad business practice

If youre looking for above and beyond customer service this is your place! I am very particular on how I like my clothes pressed, and the ladies followed every direction and detail. The service was very much worth the price. My clothing and myself were both treated with great importance. I will be going back.
