As far as dry cleaners go, they are about as reliable as youll find in terms of consistently insuring that you actually get the clothes back that you drop off, the quality of the cleaning is in line with what youd expect and this particular location has a manager named "Bill", who is terrific to work with should you ever encounter an issue of any kind. He went above and beyond in one instance where one of the dress shirts I dropped off came back with a small grease looking spot on it. Also, its quite evident that "Bill" takes pride in training his staff bc theyre friendly, respectful and project a quality image of themselves and the business to all clients

I had taken a white dinner jacket to another cleaner in town several times. the jacket began to turn yellowish. The last couple of times it seemed to become more and more yellowish. It really was looking dingy especially against a white shirt. I took it to Starcrest and showed them. I was afraid they might not be able to correct the problem and I would have to buy a new one. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my jacket two days later. It looked as bright white as I remember it being when new. Thank you to everyone at Starcrest, you really earned my business

Ive worked at Starcrest for over 5 years. I know my opinion is biased but this business has been more like family than work. The employees love to be here and want to help you. The manager goes out of his way 24/7 to make everyone happy if at all possible. Theyre always improving to become quicker, more effective and in helping the environment. Theyre open more than most dry cleaners and are more dedicated in customer service than any of them combined.

Me and my fiancé were very pleased with the service we recieved today. Our clothes always come out looking nice for work. Prices are reasonable and service is always professional. Have been going here for about 5 mths, no need to go anywhere else.. Especially when our pressed clothes are always perfect(have been to many other cleaners around the area & had bad experiences at each) Starcrest has a very friendly staff which have proved to be fast & sufficient.. and i love the drive thru!

Thats nice they have TV and Wi-Fi. The only bad thing is the the big washers they have fungus on the lead where you put in the detergent. And the dryers dont have too much heat and it takes forever to dry the clothes . Other than that they are fine.

Its a self serve laundry, it was clean, plenty of washer and dryers so it wad efficient, attendant available to help if needed. They also have a drop off service for your convenience.
