We only use Freemans for our dry cleaning, and we are picky. My wife is a physician and needs to look her best everyday and they always do a good job. They are located close to our home, although so are 4 other cleaners. Their prices are so low we werent sure if the quality would be good, but it is excellent. The staff are very friendly and accommodating if we have any concerns or special instructions. Their hours are long and they have a drop box to. They will even pick up and deliver for no charge. Im the house husband and I am always thankful when one of lifes daily hassles can be taken care of without me worrying about the details and Freemans does that, in spades,

I picked up my cleaning today and was SHOCKED at the price. It will be my last visit!!! I was charged $74.10 for a tablecloth, small cotton bath rug and 3 shirts. $33.00 for a TABLECLOTH; 23.06 for a cotton rug? PITIFUL. Money hungry idiots. Or maybe I am the idiot for paying... Freeman Cleaners should enjoy the $74.10, because it will be the last penny from me!!!! I will be giving them plenty of NEGATIVE publicity from this!!!

I turned in some items for alterations before New Years, and was told that they would be completed in time for the event I was attending. When I arrived to pick them up they were not completed, I was angry and asked to speak to a manager. The manager was quick to fix the situation, and my clothes will be ready on time. Its nice when a merchant excepts responsibility and fixes the situation quick.

Ive been going to Freemans cleaners now for six years & Ive never been disappointed! From the time you walk in until the time you leave with your items, you are being treated with great respect! This is the best dry cleaning place in all DFW! It really makes you feel special when you can walk into a place and they remember your name, true Professionals!!!!

Yellow staining around the collars of 5 white shirts is now a huge problem. Wasnt stained before this experience. Leave for my wedding and now have to get the shirts immediately dry cleaned in California. Price was 4.50$ per shirt as well. Needless to say I am absolutely livid. Tired of cleaners who cant do their job. Will not return.

This place is great! The owners are really personable, they say hello, remember my name and ask about my kids every time. My clothes are perfect, and they havent lost ONE piece of garment (compared to 3+ lost items from my last cleaners).
