Very poor customer service. We used them for several years, then one day my wife noticed two rust stains on a shirt. There was a note attached under the fabric saying "stain found before cleaning-tried to clean but could not remove." Noticed that the safety pin had same color rust. Apparent that the safety pin caused stain. Took back and owner explained she saw the stain, but they agreed to try and get it out again... 5 days later we went back and the stain was removed. Owner said it was rust but caused by a previous visit? I seriously doubt my wife would have missed the stain. To make matters worse, the owner admitted that 5 people missed the stain. The person taking the clothes in didnt notice it, the person doing the cleaning didnt notice it (nor did he notice the note), the person bagging the clothes, and the person that delivered the clothes. No one said anything to us. Never go to this place...

Weve been using this dry cleaners for years now. A few years ago, the service was poor and wed only go when we were in a pinch. However, I think new management/owners took over, because weve had great service the last couple of years. Theyre always very friendly and fair, and we like the drive up drop-off. The Hispanic woman there always knows who I am as soon as she sees me, and goes right in to get my clothes for me. They always have coupons, too. Just have the coupon page on their site pulled up on your phone when you drop your stuff off. As for the last comment about kids running around, we never go inside, but weve never once seen kids up there and we go at least once a week. Maybe she was there on a day where there was some emergency and the woman had to bring her kids??

Traded for years with them with good results. In the last year, their volume of business has negatively impacted their quality. They laundered nice designer dress shirts not following my long-time preferences and drop off instructions. It ruined them. Each shrunk 1-2 inches in sleeves. Ruined other shirts with stains making them unwearable. Returned pants consistently with stains untreated or ineffectively treated. Returned another pair tagged stating they were unable to remove a large stain on the front (that was not on the pants when dropped off). I was able to remove the stain easily, completely, and on application. Wont use them again!!!

Took my king comforter in for cleaning and, when I picked it up, they gave me a different comforter. I tried explaining the item wasnt mine but to no avail. I even took in pictures and the UPC code for my comforter but the owner and employees refused to believe me. They were not only rude but patronizing as well. The owner basically told me "this one is yours so just take it and leave"! I have NEVER dealt with a business with such poor customer service. After reading some of the other reviews, its nice to know Im not alone!

We brought our expensively soft comforter to this cleaners and it came back CRUNCHY! When asked about it- they said- that fabric can get that way sometimes. They kept denying it was their fault at ALL. When we took it to another cleaners they said that the other cleaners messed up and used the wrong chemicals and RUINED the comforter! I can understand to mistakes- but dont DENY your wrong doing!! We will NOT be going here ever AGAIN!

Ever sense what Im guessing is either management or owner change the service is horrible. The tall young guy acts like he doesnt care when they make errors. I had to insist they re-do 3 suits for poor pressing and they didnt smell clean. Im on the search for a new cleaners.

The lady that works here always has about 6 kids with her that just run around and scream the whole time you are there. I started coming here since it was closer to my house but I am never going there again.

What a ripoff. They have raised prices 5 times in the last 18 months. Charging $2.99 per garment now. Been a customer since they opened, but they have lost me at these prices.
