Awful customer experience!! I took my brand new white pants to this cleaners which I had worn one time and they were returned and with blue and green dye solution from the dry cleaning solution. When I asked the girl at the front desk to take care of the problem she said that she would Retreat the pants to try to get the stains out. I simply asked for a refund on my $100 work pants and she proceeded to argue with me for over 15 minutes about how every other customer was satisfied with the results they received from this dry cleaning facility. I explained to her that I wasnt impressed with the service that I have received and I wanted a refund. She continued to argue and argue and argue and argue. I was told that the manager would call me after I had taken five trips up to the dry cleaner to retrieve my pants that were being retreated. I will never be back to this dry cleaners do to the poor service and the way that I was spoken to. As a customer who is paying for a service it is extremely important that you were treated with respect rather than being argued with for any length of time. I would not recommend this cleaners to anyone if you have nice expensive clothes

If you expect good customer service at this cleaners, then go somewhere else. I took my husbands shirt in to have it laundered and when it came back I noticed a small brown stain on the tip of one of the collars and on one of the sleeves. I took it back to the cleaners and showed the attendant the stains and she acknowledged them and sent it back to be laundered again. When it came back there were more stains all over the shirt. I again showed the shirt to the same attendant and she said she would send it back again, but of course the stains did not come out. When I finally got a call from the manager, she informed me there was not anyway their machines could have caused the stains. I explained the shirt came in with no stains, but now it is ruined. She refused to take any responsibility. This not a way to treat customers, so if you are looking for a cleaners that will take care of you, you should go somewhere else.

Up until two weeks ago, I brought my clothes to this dry cleaners since they first opened. I had no problems until about a month ago, when I picked up my clothes and was missing a button-down shirt. I asked about the missing shirt for two weeks to no avail. Then, when I picked up another order, they damaged a different button-down shirt. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed that my husband must have bled on it, and refused to do anything. It wasnt until I told them I was an attorney, and demanded they paid for the damaged shirt and the missing shirt that they miraculously found the missing shirt. As for the damaged shirt -- they wanted to give me store credit, which I promptly told them was grossly inadequate as I would not be using their shoddy dry cleaners anymore. I finally got paid for the shirt.

Was happy about how much lower the prices were until I picked my clothes up the next day. I originally dropped off 6 long sleeve shirts and 8 pairs of jeans to get an extra heavy starch. Come to pick them up and they are soaking wet with very little starch. 6 shirts and 2 pairs of jean all stuffed in a plastic bag, and 6 pairs of jeans in one plastic bag all ready to stink and mold. Instead of offering me a partial refund or someway to make the situation better since they just told me to take them home and hang them up until dried. I dont pay for halfass service and will not be returning until they make things right. Thats like a guy coming to cut your grass, just barely cutting the tops and saying "oh well" instead of fixing the problem by cutting it shorter.

USE TO BE WORTH TWO CENTS...NOW NOT EVEN THAT!!! Use to like this place and used them religiously. That is until I went in with a gift card which I attempted to use. However, I didnt know the exact amount left on the card so I paid in cash. The girl behind the counter took my card and when I went back to get it she gave every excuse as to how she didnt have it and that it must have been my fault...all with a smirk on her face and no concern at all. No problem. Enjoy that $3 on the card and I will be smirking all the way to a better place. Eff with your customers and eventually the end result is...NO CUSTOMERS!!! BUH BYE!!!

Pay ONLY .99cents at Mustang Cleaners so, why pay $1.70 per shirt cross the street at Forney Cleaners. They even gave me a Free Luandry Bag. +Free Pants on Wed., Both promised 1day service & ready after 6:pm. Mustang had pickup ready BEFORE 6:pm and Forney Cleaners was AFTER 7:pm because "they had 2 guys not show up today". So I had to make 3 trips. I called the owner & of course got his voice mail & he has yet to call back. After 8 years of Forney cleaners we now have a new Cleaners with Equal service & alot better pricing. Oh Bedspread cleanings are only $12.99 vs $30.00+ elsewhere.

At first I was kind of skeptical about this cleaners because of their prices being so low. I was used to paying $4.50 per item in my previous cleaners and this $1.99 deal here was too good to be true for me. But Ive been using them for about 8 months now and Ive to stay they have got my business!! Great prices and pleasant customer service. You cant beat that!!

It is a good place and cheaper than any other places i been. the girl in the front desk, she is a sweetheart. I went there to dry clean my ASU, they gave me some military discount too. so i was kinda impressed . Ya all should give a try.
