I retract what I previously stated. The owner of this company called me with minutes of posting my review today offering me the most sincere apologies and said if my jacket was not found that he would cut me a check for it. He offered me a few tips to help ensure that this wont happen to me again. After a few hours, he left me a message saying he had found it!!! Im so grateful!!!! This is what makes makes a business stand out above the rest. When just one person especially the owner goes above and beyond and out of his way, cause Im sure he had plenty of other things he needed to do today, just to find one jacket is the perfect example of what true customer service is. Thank you, Ben. You have totally restored my faith in your business!! Forever grateful!!! First, I paid $12.75 for an alteration which was a very simple seam repairs. Got it back two weeks later, the hole was not repaired. I let that one slide. Then my $100 work blazer that Im required by my job to wear was not even put into their system and they had the nerve to ask me to go home and check my closer because they didnt have it. Poor customer service and a company ran by adolescent teenage girls that dont do their job efficiently at all.

This IS my favorite cleaners in Forney. They also give a military and retired military discount to all service members. The price is a little higher but the quality is better also. Friendly staff of which Im grateful.
