Horrible Service, Great Dry Cleaning. On two separate occasions, we have gone to this dry cleaner, prior to 9am. This is a key point, as they advertise same day service as long as you are in by 9am. Two different occasions, the Owner claimed that we were told different times "despite what was printed on the receipt" Today was the second time, and it will surely be the last. The owner is rude, arrogant and will do everything he can to demean customers. So, if you want your shirts crisp and to be insulted in the process, I would highly recommend this place. If you expect to be treated with respect while you spend your hard earned money, this is far from the place for you.

Initially had some problems when some shirts were lost. Took a while for the manager to resolve the issue but continue to go because of the service provided by the staff. In the end the manager took care of me on my shirts by replacing full price for my new shirts I had to buy. Even though it took a while to resolve the manager made it right in the end and for that I will continue to take my business there.

Comet Cleaners at 2555 Ridge Rd in Rockwall is amazing! By far, the best customer service & staff Ive ever encountered at a Dry Cleaner! Albert & Erin are very personable & go the extra mile to please customers! I always have stains that have to be treated & they provide extra care & time & always get every stain out.

Great people and great service! Im very particular because Im allergic to starch and dry cleaning and these guys do what you want them to do. Most cleaners wont launder rayon but they will if you sign a release.
