Horrible ! These ppl a rude... The girl who runs the front desk ( the only person there ) is related to the owner and therefore has no fear of being fired...thus treats customers like they are idiots. I dropped off a bran new shirt there to be pressed with no starch... I come back and it is extra heavy starch and a big stain on the front ! She argued with me, saying I asked for extra heavy starch ! lol who the hell asks for extra heavy starch ? And she said the stain was there... I just bought the thing and simply wanted the wrinkles out ! I asked to speak to the manager, and she told me that it was impossible to speak with the manager or owner or anyone but her ! What a freaking joke of a place. Please dont waste your time or money here....

Cheesy operation. We tried them for the first time last week. You get an illegible receipt for your clothes hand-scribbled on the back of leftover register tape; when you pick up your order everything is packaged in an opaque plastic bag with the Hilton Fontainbleu logo. Absolutely bizarre. I dont trust them and I wont go back.

They gave us the wrong suit and refuse to admit any fault. They kept saying the number was correct and so the suit must be ours. The suit was obviously NOT my husbands. They didnt even have the decency to call me back when I first notified them of the error. Horrible place!

They destroyed a brand new comforter, and refuse to reimburse for the cleaning or for the destroyed comforter. The manager was extremely rude and thought it was comical that I was there for repayment.

Really bad service. They dont let you know that your clothe could damage and when it gets damage the manager never speaks to you. Really bad place to get your clothe dry clean
