Have had great service when I go in during the week, but the weekend help leaves a lot to be desired. I took in 2 pairs of pants to be cleaned, thought I would call ahead to see if they were ready was left on the phone for over 5 mins. I then decided to just go in, the girl that helped told me to hold on they were just being delivered so I waited. She came back again and said to wait she would be right back and went in the back; she came out of the back again and started help a man with bags when he told her to help me and I had to tell her I was still waiting on my pants and then she finally brought them out. I will not go back on a weekend again.

Bad service and attitude!! First off they lost my suite pants and I called them ones a week for a month and always got the same response ( I will have the manager call you). Finally after 1 month I called and they responded aggressively and told me that they had a pair of pants that might be mine. The wife went and took the suite jacket to make sure that they where the right ones. They where so the lady threw the pants to my wife and walked back to her office. Lesson learned dont ever use these cleaners ever again. You would think that they would at least apologies for loosing the pants or at least for never calling me back.

Brought in a new pair of pants never hemmed before and still had the tag on the pants to be hemmed on Monday. Told by clerk they would be ready Tuesday. I stopped by on Wednesday and was told the pair of pants were not back yet and may be back by Thursday. The clerk would not even offer an excuse as to what the issues are other than "we send alterations out" in a tone that suggests its not her problem. I would not have given one star but had to in order to write a review.

Took four pair of dress slacks to be dry cleaned. When returned they all had shrunk about 2 inches. Save your time and cloths and take somewhere else. They are quick to point out that they are not responsible for damaged clothing. Called in to speak to owner or manager and he is in and out, so i dont expect a call. If I do and is resolved I will update post. But he has not responded to other negative post so I expect nothing

By far the worst dry cleaners Ive ever been to. Matt said it was "material defect" which makes no sense as the pants are relatively new. There was no "defect" when I dropped my pants off. I hope everyone reads this before they drop their clothes off here. Dont waste your money here, go somewhere else!!

Only been 3 times. I have not had an issue with my clothes, but I must say the main woman that works there is not friendly. She makes me feel uneasy. I will not go back even though this location is highly convenient for me. All because of the unfriendly customer service I have received.

This cleaners destroyed a brand new Michael Kors purse. When I called to ask about why the leather was scuffed up the owner said "it must have been an old purse." WTF! I had just bought it a month before they decided to ruin it. Never again!
