Used to be a regular customer here. Prices pretty fair and I was happy. Last time I went in, I was treated like dirt by front staff. It was like night and day from the other times I had been in. I had pet urine on a comforter. I left it in the car as I didnt want to carry it in if they could or would not treat it. I told the gentleman at counter what happened, he said to bring it on in. I did thinking they would try and clean it. I wasnt expecting a miracle, trust me. Then a gentleman from side office started yelling out to staff to tell me to leave and they would not treat it. A lady picked my comforter up and went outside leaving me at the counter. I walked to the door and looked out the window. She laid the comforter on back of my trunk like it was trash. I walked out and she said she could sell me urine clean up for pets. I told her no thanks, walked by her and went to go get my $400 comforter off my car. She followed me, I told her I didnt need any help. I was so embarrased by this display. I go to another cleaners up the street and tell my friend and family to do the same. Honest to goodness...true story.

Ive been using this dry cleaner for about six years and have had ZERO complaints. The service is prompt, friendly and the owners are hands-on. I enjoy the cheerful greeting from the staff each time I visit. I highly recommend these guys!
