Horrible customer service , no employee helps our in the location . Came in on a Friday was told my load was going to be done on Monday afternoon , was told I had to bring my own hangers. So I left 8 of my hangers. Left concerned. Monday afternoon came back for my order was told only half of my load was ready . Got my shirts back with stains and holes on them, asked for a refund in a polite matter and was rudely attended by PRAMOD WHICH IS THE OWNER OF THE BUSNIESS. Started raising his voice at me with customers behind me . Next I asked for my hangers since I didnt see them with my shirts and was told they were "recycled ". I had to argue with the OWNER for a refund since my load was messed up and my hangers, which I was told I had to bring. And didnt get my load ready on time . I live in rowlett for 7 years and this is not a recommendable place to trust you clothes , sheets or anything you dont want messed up at were the customer is always leaving unhappy . I spoke to a few customers from this location and also was told the same story . If the owner acts in this matter, how are the employees expected to attend ?

By FAR the WORST dry cleaning service I have EVER received! This place is a total scam. My son is a real estate agent and had asked for me to drop off his clothes some where so I thought I would try this place. Huge mistake! Shirts and pants total about $7-800. I noticed one big starch spot on a shirt before I left and the guy scratched it until it came off and said it was just an accident and it would be ok. Well to my surprise half the shirts came back covered in heavy starch stains, hard as a rock, and still wrinkled.All pants had double creases. I took it all back for a refund and he refused. The guy begged me to give him another chance to make things right. So like the good person I am, I gave them another chance....Even bigger mistake! All the shirts came back literally burned with safety pin marks on the front bottom of them. And now the pants have 2-3 crease lines! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Absolutely terrible experience. I brought in an Easter dress for a 5 year old. They almost charged me $125, listing it as a wedding gown. I finally got the listing straight, and dropped the dress off at 10am on a Tuesday. The guy told me to come back the next day (Wednesday). I came in the next day at about 3pm, and was informed the dress wasnt ready, and to come back the next day (Thursday). I was finally able to get the dress on Friday. When I went to pay, he told me to use cash. I only had a card. I had to dig about $5 in change out of my car to pay some of the balance. I was allowed to leave with the dress, under strict instruction that he would call me for the rest of the balance. I can kind of understand this, but his attitude and demeanor was rude the entire time I dealt with this place. I will never use them again.

This place messed up 3 of my shirts and didnt even bother fixing or replacing them. Put a black stain on one cuff. Made one of my collars pink and ripped the third one. They have a big hispanic girl that usually works the front counter. She was probably took busy eating and working at the same time and thats how my clothes got jacked up. The "owner" told me to sue em and hung the phone up. Excellent customer service. So, if you have nice, expensive clothes and work in a business atmosphere where your image means alot DO NOT GO HERE.

I have been to this dry cleaners twice and both times, my shirts were returned to me with buttons missing and very large, noticable wrinkes pressed into the shirts. When shown to the staff, they refused to correct the problem and blamed it on the "machine". In addition to this, they quoted one price and charged more when I picked up the shirts. Every item that I have had pressed there has to be re-ironed before I wear it. Save your money and stay away!!!

Theyre fantastic! My boyfriend and I both have to dress business professional everyday to work so needless to say we have a butt load of dry cleaning every month! They are cheaper and faster than anywhere else Ive ever been! Plus shes fixed buttons and holes for free without me even asking! IF YOURE IN ROWLETT, DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! =)

Excellent service, friendly atomosphere. Been a regular customer since last 9 years, they replace the buttons without extra charge.Very reasonable and consistency in quality and service. They know me by my first and last name from the very first day I walked into their premises. Highly recommend to anyone and every one.
