Its a shame in the wake of such a horrific disaster that a family is being taken advantage of by this place they call a "business"! Clearly the customer left specific instructions on their clothing being laundered and the workers did not do their job. People seem to forget in the retail/customer service industry that if it wasnt for the consumer they would not be employed. Price gouging is what this is and nothing more but greedy, money hungry people being deceitful. This "business" does not seem to understand what they have brought and will bring upon themselves. SMH just awful! Hopefully they do the right thing and only charge for washing and drying. Over $2000 in fees and if you dont pay then you cant take your clothes. This may be the only possessions this family has. ANYONE READING THIS TAKE YOURE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! PREFERABLY A LOCAL/INDIVIDUALLY OWNED. What a horrible person they are.

They get two stars for the convenience of the express service, but I have never gotten the heavy starch that I request and pay for. I was doing my own laundry before, and I decided to clear up my laundry day by giving them a try. My uniform shirts are always light to medium instead of heavy. On my last visit I told her "I paid for heavy starch. This isnt heavy...this is light to medium starch." She replied, "Oh, you have to keep bringing back...and bringing back. It takes a few times for clothes to hold heavy starch." Lets be clear that I took clean shirts in and she told me that since Im getting heavy starch she would have to "re-wet" the shirts.. I told her that was fine, but my shirts still ended up like sizing was placed on them...On top of that, Im wrinkled by lunch time. Im too done. 3 strikes...youre out.

Take your business elsewhere if you planned on using this location. Theyll probably do something other than you ask them to, just like they did to some victims of the tornado that came through recently. They asked for a simple wash and dry and these people disregarded it and dry cleaned every article of clothing then proceeded to charge this family over $2000 for a service they did not ask for. Shame on these owners for trying to take advantage of these victims. And as far as Im aware this building was almost in the crosshairs so I feel like they would be less keen to rip people off, but no. Please do not use this business.

I hope if there is another tornado it wipes you off the face of the planet! Remember what goes around comes around. It is utterly despicable, greedy, and shameful to treat victims in this manner! You are truly rotten people to the core. If you had any heart at all you would had done it for free and given back to the community that made you successful. May God forgive you and a sink hole swallow you up.

They took advantage of the most vulnerable victims in the wake of a terrible disaster. They are actually trying to steal from those that have literally lost everything. There are those that make bad decisions, those that are bad people and then theres just plain evil. This behavior counts as just plain evil. Shame on this business.

Staff is always very friendly! Drive thru is so convenient for me as a mom so I appreciate the ability to drop of and pick up through my window! They have new pricing on their items. I believe its a coupon they have or just new pricing. Either way great place!
