ONLY gave 1 star because there is NO option for ZERO stars! These are THE WORST criminally minded HORRIBLE excuse for dry cleaners that have EVER existed! UNDER NO circumstances should you EVER take anything to this so called establishment. They WILL destroy your garments and then they WILL blame it on you or manufacturer defect, regardless of you having owned garment in question for a few years. Honestly, youd be better off just running over and setting fire to your own clothes - the "king cleaners" are royal BS!!! They should be forced to close - they are HORRIBLE!

DONT GO HERE !!! Only take shirts here, took the last batch in on a Friday and they said come back at 5 on Saturday to pick them up. Came in around 3pm on Saturday hoping to pick them up (10 shirts) and they said "not ready", come back at 5pm. Came back at 5:05pm AND THEY WERE CLOSED !!! WHAT IS THE DEAL? I didnt have enough shirts to make my business trip the next week because they had most of them. YOU JUST LOST MY BUSINESS.

When I took in one of my coats it was in great condition but just needed to be cleaned. I just got it back and one of the buttons was almost completely ripped off and hanging on by a thread. I also brought it in on one of our nice hangers but it was not returned to me until I asked for it back. Not the best experience I have had with a cleaner.

Horrible place!!!! I took my very expensive shirt to get it dry cleaned , they absolutely ruined it and now they dont want to be held responsible. I tried to offer a resolution but she hung up on me! They will take no responsibility. Please dont take your clothes there. Im going to take her to a small court claims. AVOID THIS CLEANERS!

Took my London Fog coat and one pair of slacks in to be cleaned. $20 bucks, and the coat was not clean. This is a pretty crappy place. Find a reputable dry cleaner, and avoid this one!

Took a dress and a blazer to this place both worth more the 100 a piece and they ruined my dress its a stiff rent color then what I dropped off and my blazer is missing!
