Terrible experiance on my first trip at this dry cleaners, I dropped my clothes off at this location on 06/19/2015 and the attendant told me that I could pick them up the next day after 4pm. Well when I arrived the next day at 4:15pm the store was closed, needless to say that I was attending an affair that night and the clothes that I was picking up at the cleaners was the outfit that I had planed on wearing. I was completely pissed off so I had to go and purchase a another outfit to wear, I returned to the store on monday with my complaint, and the store attendant that was there told that the store owner would be in shortly and that she would let him know to call me, well I never got a call from the owner. "DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS DRY CLEANERS"

****************STAY AWAY****************** Dont ever take your cloths there. The owner is a big time liar. They shrunk my cloths and faded them out. They totally destroyed 2 brand new pair of jeans and then they told me its not their fault and he cant do anything about it. Bad experience. Horrible customer service. I wish i read these reviews first. Just read another review and that was same thing that happened to me. They told me owner would call me when he gets in and he never did. They told me that 3 weeks in a row. I was getting furious i had to walk out of there before i went to jail.

I paid $25 to have a brand new dress absolutely ruined. It was a simple chiffon dress with a built-in Diamond neckline and the Diamonds were completely melted even though I told them make sure whatever you do dont use Heat and they did and they still charge me for it anyway. Also I had another chiffon dress with simple stains on them and they didnt even get those out. It just ruined the lining in that dress which Ive had cleaned numerous times before at other places.

I had alterations done at this cleaners in February, 2017. At pickup, I was informed that the total cost was twice as much as quoted. The attendant swore that the additional cost had been agreed upon by phone call. I do not know who they contacted to agree to double the charge, but it was not me. Needless to say, the only way that I could get my stuff back was to pay the additional charges. I will never use this cleaner again.

Nice job, friendly people. My sons JROTC uniform always looks great! Also had her clean the candlewax off an altarboy robe. Looked great!
