I tried Miracle Cleaners of Rowlett pick-up and delivery service 3 months ago and am now a loyal customer. The process is so simple for someone like me who is busy all week and the last thing I want to do is worry about getting to the dry cleaners. I get a weekly text from them, I reply "yes" or "no" to p/u for the week, then get instructions on when to leave out my cleaning. They supplied me with the door bag to use. They are professional. The cleaning is well done and prices are the same that I used to pay w/o the extra service. Very pleased.

Family owned and operated by some amazing people with amazing customer service skills. They are the type of place that truly cares for the customer and calls you by name as soon as you come in. The price is very reasonable and I have yet to have any clothes need to go back because they were not cleaned or pressed correctly. If you live even remotely close to this cleaners you have to give it a try, I guarantee you will be back and become a raving fan like myself.

Our garments are handled with care, both in the cleaning process and in the packaging process. The drive-thru lane is a bonus providing a quick way to remain in my car and collect my garments. We recently moved to the area and had to find a new cleaners. I pass by his one every day on my way home from work so decided to give them a try. Very glad I did! If you attempt to call their only phone number during the middle of regular business hours you will most likely run into an answering machine that tells you they are unavailable with no mention of their hours, when they will be available or if they have closed indefinitely. 10 (ten) attempts resulted in the same result
