I have been coming up her for about a year now just about every Friday morning. It use to be really good a little pricey but I didnt care because the customer services was nice. If you where running behind in the morning or if I forgot something to bring up there they would take it and help you out no problem. Now they have new people there that do not know any of the regulars and dont know how to help people out its 9:20 am and I was running behind this morning and they couldnt take 1 pair of pants they stop taking at 9:00 am..?? What is 20 minutes I could understand if it was 2 hours customer service has blown out the window sense the other girls left. Looking for a new cleaners

Parkers Cleaners WAS awesome up until about 3 months ago. everytime i take my clothes in i pick them up and there is either, a button melted or completely off, spots from where they sprayed to much starch, and my most recent problem has been the pants that i have had dry cleaned smell aweful! like they are burnt! i have called up there and she told me they would try to be more careful, that was about 1 month ago! i am done! also tried to contact the manager who use to be there everyday everytime i went in.. im not sure if they have changed owners or what but i will not be going back!

i have always had issues from day one. i would address the issue and it would not get better. They ruined an article of clothing and blamed it on me...DONE!!!
