THIS IS THE MOST ABSOLUTE WORST CLEANERS EVER!!!! I dropped my sons pants off to be taken up and they ended up taking them up 7inchs!!!!!! Not what I requested I even had them pinned as to where I needed them!!!! They were brand new pants paid $80 for four pairs and $66 to have them taken up. No biggie right? Cause theyre for my son. Once I got them home and took them off of the hanger they looked EXTREMLY SHORT so I compaired them to the pants that I originally gotten the length off of. They ended up being 7 1/2 inches SHORTER than what I asked for. I spoke to the owner and the woman that took them when I dropped them off and I was told that it was my fault! That I had asked for that length! The owner even went as far as to tell me that he had called me back that day to make sure thats what I wanted. Which was an ABSOLUTE LIE! I told him that he never contacted me and his reply was " well, who ever I talked to said that thats what they wanted". They had the correct number and I never received a call! I even told them that I wasnt upset with them because I know that they dont do the alterations there. I didnt get upset until they started lying! He refused to refund any money cause he said it was my fault! Unless you want your clothing ruined I would never in a million years recommend this place! Not only that theyre liers and have absolutely no problem lying to your face! To make it worse they even cut the material off instead of maybe cuffing it and then sewing so some could be let out! Please please please from one Melissa resident to another drive the extra miles to get it done right!

If you want your clothing ruined, this is the place to bring them!!! They dont even deserve the one star rating!!! We brought my husbands suit pants in to be taken up 1 inch. They took the cuff off , and made them 3-4 inches too long, and it looked like a kid stitched the bottoms. We complained and explained AGAIN what we needed and requested they fix them along with adding the cuff back... After waiting another wk, we returned. Upon review, they did nothing except restitched the bottoms. (Also they never cleaned or pressed the pants). I told them they ruined my husbands pants (suit) and didnt do what we had asked. They asked me for $17. dollars for the pants alterations. I told them I wasnt giving them a penny. They then asked for $10. for the cleaning, they didnt do..lol.. I told them again, I wasnt giving them a penny!! I was then told by the "owner" to just take the pants and never come back. I laughed at that them sarcastically and said, of course I wont be back, you dont need to tell me that!!! Worst customer service EVER!!!!

Let me start with a positive. I left a few bucks in my pants pocket and they returned it to me. Now for the negative. Unreliable! I have had to make special trips on 2 occasions because my clothes were not back from where ever they send them. The first time I explained it was an inconvenience, and today I informed them I just wont be back. Im the last person looking for a handout, but they have never offered a credit, discount or anything to make up for the poor service. I hope whoever takes over their office space when they go out of business, is more concerned with customer service.
