Called to see how much it would cost to get my husbands military uniform dry cleaned. Spent five minutes on the phone going back and forth because the guy who answered could not understand that I was asking for a price quote, and not looking to pick up a ticket. If its THAT hard for them to understand a simple questions, I definitely wont be trusting them to clean my husbands dress blues!
