The clothes are not clean, I always end up having extra stain/dirt from them on my clothes . My dry cleaned pants had the same dirt which it had while picking up. Always double check before wearing, You would not want to be wearing clothes with dirt on it to a party.

I have no complaints regarding their work, because its great. However, they do need to work on accommodating customers when they make mistakes. Especially, when when their mistake is a great inconvenience to the customer.
