I took several white shirts to be laundered. One came back with pink stains on sleeve and most of shirt was turned pink. They rewashed it twice. It still has some pink tones on it, plus they have shortened the life of the shirt by repeated washing with harsh chemicals. The shirt had only been worn once before taking in this time. It can no longer be worn as a dress white shirt - it is relagated to yard work. Also, they do a terrible job of ironing collars. They are often flat at the collar button, not ironed on seam. In my opinion, this place is awful.

Called and asked if they honored their competitors coupons. "Sure, bring it in." Had 20 shirts to be laundered. Showed up and presented the coupon and got, "Oh no, we cant honor this." But I said, "I called and you said you would?" Response, "Oh, I misunderstood. I thought you meant one of our coupons." How dumb do think we are. I wouldnt have even called if had been one of their coupns. Sure they honor those!

AMAZING! Nothing went wrong unlike the other cleaners Ive went to before! One of my favorite dress shirts that I got from express, which you know is very expensive, got ruined ,but they fixed it at no charge! Id recommended this to anyone! They have GREAT customer service and prices that will beat any other Dry Cleaners!

BEWARE. They are very disorganized and have a horrible seamstress on staff. They ruined some of my clothes and refused to give me a refund. The owner said she is not going to pay for the mistake since she already paid the seamstress. Do not waste your money; there is a better dry cleaner up the street next to a car wash.

This was my first time here. The lady in the front counter was very nice. She made sure all of mine dry cleaning were going to be here on time and it was also in better condition than before. They have such a low price, its amazing. Im so glad I came here and will be coming here in the future

A few of my buttons came off during the cleaning process and they fixed it right away at no cost. Im glad I come to this cleaners now. Unlike other cleaners, I dont have to pre-pay, so I dont pay until my clothes come back.
