Not satisfied! I specifically asked the staff to only dry clean my clothes and not to launder/wash them; even though the tags say "machine wash". Well, I really believe they washed my clothes. My black and dark clothes came back looking dingy and worn, which never happens with proper dry cleaning. I have had clothes to last for decades (literally) and still look new because I only dry cleaned them. Also I paid and asked for buttons to be replaced on my some garments. The new buttons just fall off the garment and I had to go buy a sewing kit to do it myself. Nice people, but disappointing output. Use another establishment if you want your clothes right and your instructions followed! In fact stay away from all Dry Clean Super Centers because I tried the one on Buckingham in Garland as well...same disappointing results.

They stained a shirt and said it was defective, and that it was not cleaned due to that. However, the shirt was clearly washed, and they made up the story. Liars.

Theyve Always done a good job. Quick and a priced well. Drive through pick Up and drop off which is great if you have the kiddos in the car.
