Been using this cleaners for years, will never go back. They WILL NOT crease pants, they come back pressed flat. Each time I get a different excuse as to why they are not creased. Yesterday I was told they are using a different dry cleaner that will not crease pants with any stretch to them because it messes up the pockets- huh? Funny though in the same batch of 7, 2 were creased perfectly. This is not a professionally run business. Maybe Im expecting too much - to get the service I am paying for? If you are unable to perform the service you are in business to do - then close the doors!

Horrible experience with these people. Dropped off two shirts and pair of jeans to be dry cleaned and starched, seems simple enough. The man that helped me made it clear I wanted extra starch on my shirts and jeans pressed. Two days later I return and not noticing tell I paid that none of my clothes was starched or jeans pressed. Ask the guy why they wasnt he said they all had starch, not true asked for my money back he smirked and said no. Asked if I could have them redone he said yes but would charge. Will never be back.
