After two years as a loyal customer, over the past two months they have admittedly miscounted and/or lost items on three seperate occasions. The owner, Mr. Lee, is not available (directly and will not return calls) by phone and only keeps intermittant hours in the store. Managers disavow issues and refuse or pretend to forget about problems to avoid crediting your account. They miscounted a sport coat as a pair of pants, and then couldnt find them, putting the my customers word after their own. Then on the following two pickups, they either couldnt find items or claimed to have miscounted. Managers will promise to look for lost articles and then never follow up.

Do Not go there. I have been using them for the past several years because of price. No, they dont do the best job and yes, they have misplaced items. It happens. I took a shirt in that I had worn only twice and it came back with a hole in the pocket. They would accept absolutely no responsibility nor offer any compensation. They could care less that I told them I would never go back. I will not and you shouldnt either!

Dont bother wasting your money there unless youre OK giving money away and having your clothing ruined unapologetically and returned only with denials and confrontation. This place doesnt belong in Rockwall--they dont know the meaning of true "capitalism".

Best cry cleaners I have ever used. They are quick. Always really nice and my clothes are always perfect. Also once I needed my clothes early for an interview and they didnt charge me a dime extra to have them done the next morning.

Do NOT use them. I have used them for 2 years with mixed results. However, my last trip I was treat rude and they refused service on linen items. I walked out after being treated rudely in front of other customers.
