Brought my daughters comforter in because our pup peed on it. It came back smelling the same as it did only it has new smells to. They do not give refunds and Im having to take somewhere else. No sorry or anything just a well we dont guarantee!

They gave away 5 pairs of my pants to someone else named Aaron, then told me I had to wait 2 weeks to give the other person time to bring them back. The owner personally fixed the issue which can happen from time to time.
