I used them for the first time and it will be the last time. They were not horrible, although they were not friendly, but my items came home not-so-fresh. The place is run by middle easterners and the whole place smells like curry. My items came home with that smell on them and now I need to get them cleaned again elsewhere to get that smell out.

Poor excuse for a Cowboy cleaner which Im a Dallas Cowboys Fan.I had a problem with cleaner price with some item,they said they would call me back that was AUG.24 2010 they yet to return my call. So now I drive pass them to the cleaner my husband use.New in the area, can get some good service in Fate Tx.

Ruined two expensive shirts and didnt follow any instructions. I dry clean a lot of items and have never been to a cleaners with this poor of quality. They even put a tear in one of my shirts. If you have nice clothes then avoid cowboy cleaner!

Ruined a $260 pair of pants, put a hem in, instead of taking up the waste, the other three pair of pants I took for altering all had strings hanging, and were very poorly hemmed at with weak and sparse stitching. Will never return.

We took my husbands suit in to be cleaned. Got it back and there was a burn hole in the lapel. They told us we had mice and they chewed a hole in it. Absolutely ridiculous.
