Dropped off 3 shirts on Saturday to be picked up after 6p.m. on Monday. Showed up that Monday to pick up my 3 shirts and there were only 2 ready. I was told by the young lady attendant that there was an issue with cleaning spots on my shirt. The cleaning cost would be no charge and I could pick it up on Tuesday. Came back Tuesday and they knew nothing about it. Told me to come back when the manager was on duty 8-5 and she would be able to assist me. Came back Wednesday night to drop off more clothes and check again on my shirt. Was told the same thing. "I dont know anything about it, talk to the manager". Came back Thursday morning and talked to the manager. The manager then (3 days later) tells me they LOST MY SHIRT!! We would have to wait 2 weeks and see if it magically appeared. If not they would make good on the shirt. I realize in that business lost shirts, spots, etc are going to happen. I just DONT LIKE BEING LIED TO!!!!! Do you? There is a cleaners on every corner. Im picking a new one out. Maybe a family owned business. Done with this one.

This is been, by far, my BEST experience with dry cleaning. I havent dry cleaned any of my clothes for over 10 years because of my horrible experiences. I decided to give dry cleaning another shot at the suggestion of a friend who insisted that I wouldnt be disappointed with MW Cleaners. Im so glad I listened! Not only were MW Cleaners so helpful and professional over the phone, but they even took their time in explaining the process to me in person. My suit was ready to be either shipped or picked up after the weekend. I didnt even know they delivered! My suit looks fantastic and MW Cleaners has a satisfied customer for life. I highly recommend MW Cleaners!

Because we were new customers, they kindly informed us that their prices are higher than most other cleaners before we started our transaction. I told them I was aware because I had read the reviews. I was secretly hoping that the phrase "you get what you pay for" would apply in this case. We were not disappointed. Our garments were ready on time, they smelled fresh and clean, and the dry cleaned garments were not reeking of too much cleaning fluid. The employees were courteous and professional. We are looking forward to trying the pick up and delivery service.

BEST dry cleaning experience since my arrival in Cypress Texas! I have tried over 4 services and this is the only company that lived up to my expectations and kept their word that they WILL provide EXCELLENT professional service. The clothes were cleaned in a high quality standard, and presented them back to me nicely hung and folded. Very reasonably priced and they contact you via email as well with reminders that your service is complete and ready for pick up. Thank you so very much! I finally found my dry cleaner!

The manager would not accept the coupon for 50% off our order for first time customers that was found on their website. She stated that "it wasnt for this location" this place is nice but extremely overpriced! We also paid for them to sew a missing button on one of my husbands shirts, turns out they never even did that!! I would not recommend this place and Im extremely disappointed that we paid $60.00 for "superior service" when we could have paid half the price somewhere else.

Great pick up and delivery service. The only complaint I have is on two previous cleaning of garments we included a 20% discount coupon & twice it was not discounted. I called and spoke to someone at the Spring Cypress location and they told me, for the next time, to put the coupon inside the bag. We were told at the very beginning to put coupons on the other side of the name tag. The next time we had a coupon, I put the coupon in the bag and we were given the discount.

Went to drop off one shirt for cleaning and press at 8am, an employee walked out to my car and did everything for me. Im not lazy or anything but service like that doesnt come often... Anyway I was told I would receive a email or text letting me know when my shirt would be done,. Around 1pm I received a text and email letting my know it was already finished. Great fast service! I will definitely be returning in the future!

Our pick-up/delivery service is simply OUTSTANDING! Especially the driver that services our home. Shes amazing! Great personality and consistently dependable (you can just about set your watch by her). I went there for 3 times. Last times i received my husband new shirt with 2 big holes at the front looks like a burn. Really made me upset when he tried his shirt on. Also extremely pricey. I paid $90 for 20 pieces!!!!ill definitely not recommend this place.. dont send your precious cloth..

I love knowing that my dry cleaning is chemical free given the fact that I have very sensitive skin! And the cleaning is always done right - and if not, they make it right for FREE! Cant beat the price when you get the coupons rolling! OH! And a free shirt at the Mens Wearhouse is awesome!

MW Cleaners is absolutely the easiest way to take care of dry cleaning and laundering of dress shirts. The pick up and delivery service is free. Mine is picked up/delivered on Tuesday and then returned/ new load picked up on Friday. Shirts come back great!

These guys know service and they know how to dry clean and a fair price. Weve always dealt with places that will break buttons or discolor a shirt but these guys really know what theyre doing! So happy to see youre in the neighborhood.
