Clean Should NOT Be In Their Name! This is the second time Ive used this place simply because it was close to home. The first time I did visit they failed to properly count my shirts and tried to short me 4 dress shirts (luckily I was able to identify them and get them back). This time, when I opened the plastic wrap, a very strong smell of gasoline and a stale unclean scent fumed from the package (and its not the plastic wrap either!) The scent was so strong and overwhelming I had to shove all my clothes back into the bag and sit them in the garage overnight! I primarily take my business shirts and slacks to another dry cleaner in Copperfield (close to the office) and they have always met my expectations (not having to use Febreeze after picking up dry cleaning is a GREAT thing!) This place literally stinks and I will never made the mistake to choose convenience over quality. I plan to go back to talk to them about it and possibly request a refund so I can go elsewhere to get it done right. These are nice quality, name brand business clothes and having them reek as if they hung them out to dry next to the downtown Greyhound bus station sucks! Good luck to those of you that choose this place and I hope they stay open for business!

Ive never had a problem with them. They do a fine job of getting my clothes out to me on time and cleaned the way I want them to be. There was one instance where there was a miscommunication, however it was only due to the fact that the woman running the store couldnt speak English very well. My mom came through and spoke - in English - and got it sorted out in minutes. Great spot, dont let the "rude and unfriendly" reviews tarnish your view point - they still do great work.

This is the second time that something has been missing from my order. Convenient in terms of location, but I wont go back. I gave them a second chance and got jipped again. Manager will tell you to keep coming back and checking their "lost & found" rack, and most of those items I would not pay money to have cleaned, as they are rags. Always be sure to check the number of items before you leave.

Stayed late for me & waited 20 minutes to get there when I called and advised that I had taken the wrong toll way, ending up on the east side of town instead of west. Always done well and on time with an amazing price - best Ive found in all of Conroe, Woodlands, & Spring. Worth the drive from the Woodlands, figured out the miles & gas - still saves me $10 - $25 once per month or two!

If there was an option to give a lower rating than 1 star I would do it in a heartbeat. I have given this cleaners multiple chances with my clothing and have been dissatisfied to say the least. I will NEVER take my clothes here again and thank god have found a new place right across the street that do an amazing job (Jacqui Cleaners).

They steal your clothes.If they dont steal them they will ruin the fabric.I give people several chances to get it right. After so many disappointments I just went next door and paid the same price for better service.This place is all appearance but when it comes down to it, they are careless, they loose, steal or destroy garments.

Great prices and location for my office clothes. They said they wash AND dry clean. White cotton blouse was washed twice and still came back dirty; beige cotton mix slacks were dry cleaned twice and were still dirty. Good prices if youre only interested in deodorizing your clothes.

The staff is somewhat rude/unfriendly. It is a conenient location, but sometimes hard to get in and out because of the crazy parking lot. Ive only used them 3 or 4 times but Ive already decided to try somewhere else.

They lost my clothes. The owner wont talk to me to even acknowledge the mistake. Very unprofessional business. I lost $700 worth of clothes because of them.

Horrible customer service. Wouldnt take a dress of mine so I would have to use two dry cleaning places for clothes & "fancy" clothes.

Aweful service.....sent my shirts back three times just to get the collar folded properly and they still couldnt get them right.
