Have used this service 3 times. The first time was great. The last two not so much. On the 2nd visit we got other peoples underwear in our laundry. This last visit- she tells me because "SHE" couldnt get in back in one bag she made me another-- but then also charged me double. I took the bag in and it was just as full as previous two times and only not zipped so I would remember to give them the underwear we got from the previous time. We have and plan on using this service more than once per week so we wish we would have gotten better service that honored what the web promotes.

Love that my clothes are taken care of so nicely. Its nice to not have all the annoying stapled tags on my clothes. I especially appreciate when I walk into the store, everyone is so friendly and the store doesnt smell like chemicals.
