Ive been coming to this dry cleaners for a few years, it was convenient since I live close by, has a drive thru. Ive never had anything to complain until now, earlier in September I took a few pieces including a Marino Wool sweater that I recently wanted to wear with an outfit, until I discovered that had holes all over the sleeves, my shoulder and at the bottom of the sweater both front and back. I proceed to take it with the little yellow tag that has the date my name and number along with my purchase receipt and the item. The Manager called and and right away put the blame on me for not bringing the item immediately when I got it back and that I should inspect all items at all times. I right away drove to the place and confronted face to face the manager, and with a stink face he pretty much washed off his hands saying he was not going to do anything since it was out of the set 30 days policy. At first I was furious, I couldnt believe what my ears were hearing. A loyal customer was just being push to the curve. I work in Customer Service and when I look into clients profile and see their loyalty to my business I do my best to solve any problem. I will not take my business nor my money to someone that doesnt know how to give customer service.

This place is HORRIBLE! I went to pick up my husbands clothes and was told that he did not pay which I found hard to believe! they took the clothes back out of my car and I had to go back with his receipt just so that the staff and owner could have an attitude with me for challenging that we actually DID pay! the only apology I got was a lame "oh sorry" after I had to park the car, get out with a small baby in my hands, show proof of purchase after being told to pay AGAIN and after all that no one even offered to help carry the clothes to the car for me since I had a baby in my hands! I had to juggle the baby and clothes as the owner just walked away! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE OWNER CLEARLY DOES NOT APPRECIATE HIS CUSTOMERS BUSINESS AT ALL. HE ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY! MOST LIKELY TO SEND BACK TO SOME FOREIGN COUNTRY! PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A PLACE WHERE YOUR BUSINESS IS APPRECIATED!

Please stay away!! They’ve ruined buttons on my Armani shirts; they cannot get the creases in the middle of my slacks correct; they do not properly fold the collars of some shirts all the way down so that you get a half-crease and a collar sticking up. I asked for the manager and some other person came out who could barely speak English. Finally, the manager came out and I tried to explain to him what was going, and he began questioning why I came back. I pointed to about $75 worth of clothes in the back of my SUV and asked if he wanted my business. I was trying to give them another chance to get it right and to make me whole. He simply said, “Bye” and closed the drive-through door in my face. I’ve never been treated like that before. Save yourself the hassle and the discourtesy. Stay away from this place.

Dropped off a pair of pants to be altered and an example pair of pants to match. I was told I would get a call when the pants were ready. 2 weeks later, still hadnt heard anything, so I call. They werent ready. I complained that it had been 2 weeks! The pants were ready shortly after but they fit TERRIBLE! Nothing like the example pair that they had to use for all their sizing for over 2 weeks! Just awful. Also, comparatively speaking, their price to wash comforters is higher than the local competition and you wont get it back for a few days so be sure to find something else to sleep with for a while...

Worst place to bring your clothes!! I brought a $100 sweater here to get dry cleaned, it was the first time it was getting cleaned. I came to pick it up and its 10 times faded!!! The stains are STILL on there! Im so upset they messed up this sweater! Im going to file a BBB complaint. How do you even show a customer this horrible work??! Did you not think I would notice?! Save your time & Money & DO NOT COME HERE I shouldve just washed my own clothes by hand!

One employee promises next day return on a suit. I check a few details, as the intention was to pick it up before a funeral, and call back 10 minutes later to confirm that Im heading that way, and Im told not to come, not possible, etc by a second employee and manager. If your employees (Joanne) are making promises, they need to be kept.

My FAVORITE dry cleaner!!! I have tried other dry cleaners, but by far they are the cleanest and provide excellent service. Reasonable price and quick service. Very nice and professional staff. Really convenient to have drive thru drop off/pick up. I will continue to use them for all my dry cleaning. I give them my highest recommendation!!!

This is a horrible cleaners. After dropping off some slacks, it took them three days and then they were still not done properly. After arriving there the manager said she would get them and 15 minutes later she came out. Personally I believe they were not done and she hurridly ironed them. Terrible and rude service!!!

Im a guy and I just like things simple and easy. I could just drop everything off at the drive through before work and it will be done by the end of the day. Everyone Ive met are professional and care about the customer. Ive never had anything go wrong. Honestly, Its hard to believe some of these complaints on here.

Brought 3 suits to these people. The jacket of one of the 3-piece suits has been damaged. Got a lot of shrugs and attempts to shift blame. No accountability here. Going elsewhere. Recommend you do the same.
