I do not recommend them. We have been loyal customers for over 5 years now, they know us by name. I recently had my curtrains hemmed 1 out of the 4 panels was correct. I took my curtains home laid them out and measured about a 2 inch difference. I then called and expressed that I was concerned as not all of the curtains were hemmed properly. They asked my to bring them back in, which I did. The lady did not even lay them out to check she just held them up to one another and expressed that she did do them right, as she laughed. I was told that they werent sure what they could do and that I may have to pay for this service again. In addition to this my curtains had blue pencil marks all over them. They then asked me to take the curtains back home pin them again for them and then bring them back. Making now 4 trips for 1 service. In addition to more money. I will never do business here again.

I came in for some alterations and dry cleaning. First of all it was the summer and they had no AC - it was unbearably HOT as I was trying to try on these slacks so they could pin them where I needed them taken in. They also misplaced a belt on one of my blouses (later they found it and I had to make a separate trip to pick it up). My husband didnt like the way they handled his dress shirts. No damage - but certainly not a good job. I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects quality service.

Very professional. I tried other dry cleaning services on Barker Cypress and FM529, found out that Spencer is better. Being using this place for years for my whole family dry cleaning services and alterations. They are good and the turn around is excellent.

Best prices in the greater Houston area, and very quick turnaround! They are family owned and operated, and they remembered me after my first visit. They usually start preparing my clothes for pickup when they see me pulling up.
