This place is bad. They lost my dry cleaning bag during one trip, and they had to give me another. They lost all of my clothes because someone put the wrong name on the tags. How does that happen when my name and phone number was on the laundry bag. After I had to go look for my clothes myself, I demanded a discount for the trouble. I was given a $5 discount off a large dry cleaning and laundering order. During another trip, I dropped off my clothes before the deadline so that my clothes could be ready on Saturday afternoon. However when I attempted to pick them up, I was told the clothes wouldnt be ready until Monday because the order was not entered into the system on time. I asked for the manager, but I was told he would be in on Tuesday. I picked up my clothes on Monday, and the person who helped me said that my order was entered into the system on time. On Tuesday I called and asked for the manager, I was told he wasnt there. Due to all of the problems, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Dry Clean World never responded to the complaint. Do not give this awful place your business.

I have taken my clothes here for quiet a while but I will no longer be doing business with this place. Dropped my comforter of to have it laundered bc its very large and doesnt fit in my home washer. Got it back with a large black grease stain on it. Took it back in and was told the owner Andy would give me a call and they would try to get it out. Went back to pick it up and the stain was still there. Was told again that the owner would give me a call. Its been almost two weeks since I first took it in and still no call back from Andy. I have attempted to call him myself but they say hes never there only stops in for a couple minutes in the mornings. Seriously horrible customer service

So often we tell other of poor service and share with friends, here is something different. This is one of the best dry cleaners that I have ever used. 6 shirt $6.54, starched how I like every time. No missing buttons. One time I came back and they said we did not clean this yet because of this stain, not sure if we can get it out. Just wanted your opinion on how to proceed. Awesome. Atleast I had the choice. Never had to wait, always very prompt, professional. Good professional cleaners!

I dont recommend this dry cleaners to anyone! Pick up my company polos after paying for sewing and press and when I got home this is what I found (pictures)... Not happy with their service and quality control, figured they would be a good dry cleaner because they arent cheap.
