DONT EVEN GET CLOSE TO THIS PLACE: I left several items and had to spend sometime out of the country, yesterday when we came back to pickup our clothes the manager said (without even a small regret); "oh, I no longer have your clothes here"... obvious question is where are they right? How long will it it take to bring them from wherever you have them... to what she answered: "WELL, I GAVE IT AWAY TO GOODWILL"... and more shockingly so, no regrest, no sorry, no nothing... She gave away an Hermes tie, some Loro Piana cashmere pants, Brioni dress slacks, and 3 Elli Tahari blouses from my wife... without even one phone call alerting or anything... that is easily $3K in clothes SUPPOSEDLY given away to beggars (she probably sells the stuff)... When asked why didnt she called she simply said: "Oh, we are too busy, we dont have time to do so"... seriously!!!

Very sad customer, on one occasion I was given someone else clothes. Now, my leather jacket disappeared. I called to say I was out of the country and to keep it safe, I called to follow up and again said I was again, the African American guy said no problem. I sent a rep in to find my jacket missing. I was told why did someone call me and the manager replied, I did. Then, she said if I spent time calling customers, I would be on the phone all day. I didnt get a call which would have been help. I am still pleased to have returned the clothes that was placed in my order by, I am sure accident.

They did a good job on cleaning my clothes. No problem there. First time customer so I got 25% off, shweeeeeeeeet. Well I try to pay when dropping the clothes off and the manager wouldnt let me. Fast forward 24 hours and its $75 for dry cleaning. I know I took in quite a few items, but $5.97 per pair of pants. $5.97 per bowtie. $3 or $4 per shirt. These are things that need to be on a price board of some sort. At minimum, let me realize before I drop my stuff off that Im about to get ravaged so hard the police will have to get the rape kit.

Broke the buckle of my very expensive coat, called to tell me about it and promised to have it fixed. Left it with them for 2 weeks only to ruturn on the agreed date to be informed the coat came already broken and there was nothing that could be done about it. No apology, nothing. Never again!!!!
