I had a worst nightmare for past two days. Staff are very rude , manager is worst than all of them . I tried to solve the problem by talking to the manager Connie , but she told me TO GET OFF MY FACE, She called me a LIAR , some one was screaming from the side and telling me they will call the police if i do not leave . After I told the manager that she is very unprofessional and she should not talk to the customer like that and she needs to find another job , she Told me that she does not care about her job! All i asked was to talk to some one in charge since she can not handle her self in a professional manner. She told me that everyone else will give me the same answer and refused to give me a number or a name of her supervisor. Worst Experience ever in my life.

Young lady never says hello when i first walked in. Was very short with me and gave me a bit of an attitude. I never said one word to her, just watched her actions. She slammed the calculator down, collected my payment and told me to sign the credit card slip. This company ruined one of my shirts. I dont know how the dry cleaning process works, but I expect a business to be the professional and warn me if something cant be done. They dry cleaned one of my shirts that had beads on it and everything fell out. If you look at the green sign to the right, it says they are pretty much not responsible for ANYTHING. Also, they staple the tags on the leg of my pants!

I had a pair of pants and 4 expensive dress shirts destroyed. When I confronted them about this they originally tried to offer me some free dry cleaning followed by eventually telling me that they werent responsible for the damages. If I could upload pictures, it would be obvious to anyone that the shirts were all damaged in the same spots on the sleeves. This business was sold about a year ago. The old owners were fantastic. The current owners need to be run off. If you want your clothes dry cleaned professionally, go elsewhere. There is no amount of discount these people could give me to make me come back.

Ive taken several suits to this dry cleaners multiple times. The guy behind the counter always remembers my name, my family, and my clothes. This is not the closest dry cleaners to my house by far, but I come here specifically for the service. Im not sure why other people had issues at this location. Easily the best customer service Ive ever had.
