Needed to have my pants hemmed and pants and shirt pressed at the last minute for an interview. I was told I could pick up my items at a certain time. When I arrived, one of the clerks told me it would not be ready for a couple of hours. I told her we had agreed on the earlier time two days before. Instead of arguing back and forth, she had my items completed in 30 minutes and I made it to my interview on time. I have been going there for the past 5 years after receiving bad customer service across the street. I wont go anywhere else now. They will take care of you.
