I was pretty happy coming here until last night. Usually the staff is pretty rude and stuck up. They dont like their own hours, but Im pretty sure they could change that if they wanted to. The last load cutoff is 7pm, but they shut down one whole lane of washers well before then, just so they can mop a small section early. They had their goth high school son working last night, who was pretty rude to some older ladies over mopping the floor. They shut the fans and ac off early as if rudely saying its time to leave, even if you get their well before the cutoff time. Like if said before, if they wanna go home earlier, they should change their posted hours. Easy right? But their method is just to be rude to people and make them feel unwelcome

its okay because they have washers and dryers for me to clean my clothes with. what i did was, i took my clothes from the bin in which they were sitting when i brought them jnto the place and placed them into the washer. i then proceeded to put 4 quarters in each machine, and turned the machines on and waited approximately 32 minutes. I then took the clothes from the washer and placed them into the dryer and placed 4 quarters in each machine. Then i went home.

Ive been going there for almost two years. Everyone is always friendly. They have upgraded to new dryers and its always kept it very clean. Not once have I gone in there and any of their machines were broken. Only way youll have problems in there is with rude or unmannered people, but never with the actual place or customer service.

Clean, friendly and helpful! I only needed to dry clothes bc our dryer broke. Another place I stopped at wouldnt allow me to dry my clothes there unless I had washed them there too. I called North Eldridge Washateria and asked about just drying clothes and they were more than happy to have my business!

very nice place to go to if your in need of wifi tv and air conditioner as well it gets very busy on the weekends mostly on sundays last load is always at 8 so be sure you get there before 7:30PM if you want to be out of there on time

The people who works here are very nice and the place is extremely clean. It was also nice and cool in the building.There were plenty of machines of different sizes and I would highly recommend going here if needed.

This laundromat is very nice, clean, and spacious. I really like their folding tables. My only suggestion is that you plan to go during the week (if possible) or you will be waiting in line for a washing machine.

They stay open till 8.. thats my favorite partI really liked this place! Its clean . And not expensive. Its much better than the one at Huffmiester and white oak landing. No one yellsss at you here..

Restricted use of driers. Got to this laundromat early on a Sunday with 2 loads to dry. Sign on the wall says if you are there for the driers, that can only be done on weekdays. Oh well.

Actually my favorite place to wash my clothes in usually apart of the early arrivals but i get in and out in about an hour. Staff is awesome and decent place and clean and free WiFi

I went early on a Sunday morning, and it wasnt too crowded. Plenty of machines and plenty of seating. A little rough around the edges, but all in all a pleasant experience.

Place is very clean! Free WiFi! The plastic part where you load detergent had mold on it. Yuck. I know the water sits but it can be cleaned.
