My daughters wedding dress was not ready when promised. They said that they lost the ticket and had not cleaned it. When I did go to pick it up, I had to send it back to be cleaned, more than one time, because it still had spots on it. I was also quoted $160 and ended up paying $181.86. The manager, Joanie, is extremely rude and hateful. Initially, she told me that price was $160. (She never mentioned tax, for the record.) However, she must not be good at math, either, because if you add our tax rate (8.25%) to $160, you get a total of $173.20, not $181.86. However, I was so irritated at her for leaning over towards my face to, rudely, tell me that she had said $160 plus tax (which she did not, initially), and I was so distracted with wedding details, that I was not thinking about the calculation of the price. I received no explanation or apology for the dress not being ready and then not being cleaned well. The final product, however, was very good, and the dress looked beautiful. The front counter lady is very very nice. She should be the manager, not Joanie. The only reason I will return is due to the final good job that was done. I really believe that I will try another cleaners near me who specializes in wedding dress cleaning and treats customers with respect.

Been coming here for a few months now and i have to say this is the best dry cleaners i have ever used. I am in the executive program mainly because i work with the fire department so i need a quicker turn around on my dry cleaning. i drop off my cloths one morning and its read to be picked up the same day or the next morning. Lately i have needed to do a few alterations to some of my uniforms and i have to say they are quick and the quality is amazing. as long as i dont have any problems i will continue to always use this cleaners

Have been in there a few times recently the last time I was there was the best service Ive had in the past year. Finally great customer service greeted you with a smile and a welcome in the store. This is how it should be everywhere. It didnt used to be this way but glad its fixed. Keep up the good work ladies!
