DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS. They have ruined two designer jackets and take no responsibility. I asked for them to cover buttons on a suit and all the color came off them - they said they would replace them but they PAINTED them! A jacket from Ted Baker cost $385 and they took all the color out of it and said it was the way the fabric was meant to be! They eventually agreed after a lot of arguments to give me a cash compensation which didnt cover a new jacket and most recently my white linen jacket from Alice and Olivia which cost $475 is completely ruined. The folds on the cuffs show the white but the rest of the jacket is cream and the fabric is like cardboard. The managers response - nothing I can do. They are unhelpful, rude and an incompetent staff of drycleaners. DO NOT RISK TAKING YOUR GARMENT THERE - THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOTALLY INCOMPEPTENT AND DO NOT TAKE CARE OF ANY OF YOUR CLOTHES.....BEWARE!!!!!!

I tried them a couple times, and the they did an average job. However, the major issue I have with them is that they charge you in advance. So I give them my clothes and they want me to pay for cleaning also at the same time. My shirts are worth a lot more than the two dollars they charge to clean them, so even if I left the clothes there, they would still be in advantage. When I complained about it, they were very dismissive and had a very arrogant attitude. I am taking my business somewhere else.

Horrible place brought in two of my dresses and was told that they could clean them and when I came to pick them up they were both dirty , nun was done to the dresses at all horrible ! Do not ever bring your clothes here ! The manager and its employees does not care about there clients !
