Me and my wife use to get our clothes cleaned here up until they started shrinking our clothes when I brought it to there attention they said no we dont do that here I explained that the clothes were brand new and we only wore them once he then put his wife on the phone from day one I sense she had an attitude we use to spend good money with these people up until this incident she ended up hanging up on me and wouldnt answer when I called back there is no good customer service over there find another cleaners do not use this one.

If I could give less than one star I would. I took my bluejeans in to have a whole patched but as I explain to the owner the patch will not hold according to the tech nique they used. Of course they insisted that it was a good patch even when I brought evidence that it did not and did not even offer a refund.

They used to be decent however ruined my suit and said thats how all the cleaners do it. Bad bad bad response for what was a long term customer and lost me! Sad.
