I did not see much as far as any negative reviews for this cleaners and frankly who would think you should look at reviews for a dry cleaner but I decided to use them recently, first mistake. I took my wife’s $60.00 shirt there which she wore only once for dry cleaning, when I got it back the next day I did not look at it, second mistake. When my wife went to put it on she notices that almost all the embroidery was gone and there was thread everywhere. I told her not to worry because dry cleaners have insurance for this purpose and we will get her a new one, third mistake. I went back to the cleaners and explained to the man that the shirt either needed replacement or the seamstress could try to fix it. At this point all the employees got up and left the front area except one man (strange right). This gave me a feeling like this is not going to work out. I figured this has happened a time or two or one hundred for them to act so strange. The man told me that there is nothing he can do and I can try to return the shirt to the store I bought it from. After he said this, he forgot how to speak English and just mumbled anytime I said anything. I have never written a review of any kind but I figured if I could save anyone some grief I would write this. Stay away from this business.

Just like the last guy. Dont speak english and horrible service. They put a hole in my cashmere sweater and said they would fix it for free. Came in a month later and he said it was my fault. I was so surprised. This is my first review. I would not go there. You cannot trust them with their mumbling english.

Very disappointed, my coat was still dirty, and service was bad. They didnt greet customers at all. They just took my clothes, gave me the reciept. I brought a dress and a coat. The only thing they said was to confirm that I had 2 items :( not a welcoming service
