I had a womens blouse cleaned there. I put it on and it was horribly itchy. I took it off to see why it was so itchy. Upon inspection, there was quite a lot of wooly fuzz, like from a wool sweater or a wool sock, covering the inside of the blouse. I needed to wear it that day so I took a sticky lint roller, turned the blouse inside-out and removed the fuzzies. My husband took the blouse back to the cleaners and told them about the problem. They re-cleaned it at no charge, but guess what??!! The inside of the blouse, AGAIN, was Covered in wool fuzzies!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In addition, if your bill is less than $10, they charged you extra to use a credit card. How TACKY is that!!!!!!! Dont give me a sob story of how expensive it is for a small business to accept credit cards. I work for a small business and know it simply "The cost of doing business".

Ive been going here for years. Its a small operation and not full of bells and whistles (such as they may be at some shops in wealthier neighborhoods). The staff doesnt speak really solid English so theyre not going to be chatting you up like its a neighborhood deli. But theyre conscientious and friendly and do more than a good enough job. Ive never had one problem with them and their prices are fair. They also offer alteration services and do a fine job. Ive had a few suits altered due to weight loss and while theyre not custom fit, theyve done a great job nevertheless. Id recommend this business to someone.

I stop to pick up my clothes and were closed. Because the internet said you were open 24 hrs. But got a call the next day. Christmas Eve. To let me know you were open. We are able to get our clothes for the holidays and very happy with the service. Looking forward to bringing my clothes there in the future.

This is great place. I have tried several cleaners in Cypress and have been the most satisfied with this one. Great customer service and our clothing always comes out great.
