At first I was pleased with the service that was provided, however, on only my second visit to this establishment, there were issues with two of my dress shirts. Both were brand new shirts that had only been worn once. Both of them had spots on the sleeve that were not there when I dropped them off. One of the shirts had 3 buttons that were torn off which they described as a common occurrence. Apparently they destroy a lot of shirts. I called to tell them about the issues and the immediate response was "we dont use anything that would cause that". They had not even seen the shirts yet. I was told to bring the shirts in and I did so hoping that there would be a resolution to the issue. I received a call a few hours later with a bunch of excuses and rhetoric. The lady that called kept interrupting me and had no desire to rectify the situation. She lied to cover her own butt by saying that she called me before the clothes were "pushed through" and that I approved the work which is a complete fabrication. She was completely indignant in regards to this situation. If you like your clothes then I would never take them to this cleaners. They will destroy them and then blame the destruction on you with no intention of standing by there work or being accountable for any issues that may arise. I will never use them again and neither should you.

This is the best cleaner in the whole wide county. I would recommend these people to anyone. Their staff is super friendly and my clothes are dry cleaned, pressed and/or altered to perfection. Love love love these guys!
