Good dry cleaners are so hard to find... this places is horrid. I put them in the same category as the yellow taxi cab drivers. Not customer-focused, they do not care about service quality, theyre afraid of being ripped off because they broke a button. Yeah this place is like many... blames their customers instead of taking care of and being responsible for their problems. Many people can forgive a mistake or two if the company is proactive and takes care of the problem rather than complaining about it and trying to put the blame on something else. Piss and moan about how theyve been wronged and its not their fault and lose a constant cash flow from a happy client who Comes back again and again. Search the reviews here and on Yelp and youll find a few golden Gems that understand how to make customers happy. This place certainly is not it.

I just moved into area and found these folks. I loved this location at first because of the convenient drive-thru and drop-off ability but after meeting the staff, I really cant say I would try or go anywhere else. They have great hours, awesome turn around time and I always feel like I am being taken good care of. Their prices are reasonable, they are centrally located and always make me feel welcome. I highly recommend giving them a try. You will not be disappointed.

We are so glad SK Cleaners moved to the Cypresswood location! The service is great, the owner is friendly and very helpful. My husband and I like the hours they are open. We both recommend this place.

Good cleaning and laundry service. Do have to tell them when a button needs to be replaced and service is not warm.
