I have been going to this cleaners for over 10 years (it had a different name/owner previously). In the past year it has really gone downhill: 1. They staple the tags directly to my clothing despite multiple requests not to do so. 2. I have waited up to 15 minutes past the posted opening time of 6:30 am for anyone to show up to take my order despite the "Open" sign being on." This has made me late to work on several occasions. 3. Yesterday the manager could not find my clothes so I had to make an extra trip there today. I arrived at 6:28 am. Rather than being greeted with, "Sorry you had to make an extra trip," the manager stated that he would have to lock the door in the future because it was not acceptable for me to show up before 6:30 am. Late to work again due to the extra trip. I will not be returning after being a loyal customer for over 10 years with about 28 items per week.

Took a womans business jacket in for cleaning. When we got it back the liner was full of tears many of which were not on seams. Before we took the jacket in my wifes hands slid down the sleeves with no problems. The very first time she wore it after we picked it up her fingers caught several of these tears . When I discussed the damage with the gentleman he stated he could not take responsibility and if that was not acceptable I could "take him to court"

I have been going to Signture Avenue weekly for about a year now. Mr. Ali runs his cleaners as a customer friendly environment. His prices are very competitive compared to the other cleaners I have gone to in The Woodlands area. I can always count on my work uniforms to be cleaned and pressed when promised. If there is a garment that needs repair, his staff handles that as well. I am so glad I was recommended to go to Signature Ave!

All of the zippers on my pants didnt work after my first and only visit here. They offered to fix them and guaranteed to have them ready by Saturday... I didnt get them back until thursday the following week and was given the run around the whole time

Ali one cool fella, his cleaner never misses a skip and even got my clothes back to me early for a trip one day. His sidekick Queen Corona rocks the place too. Killer place will never use another cleaner. Prices are WAY WAY GOOD! Cheers Ali and Team.
