The lady that runs the place is very unfriendly, almost to the point of being rude. Ive been here 3 or 4 times. The 2nd time I asked for no starch, and got medium starched shirts... stiff as cardboard. The 3rd time was really an extension of the second, as I had them re-launder with no starch, again, and my clothes still came out pretty stiff. The last time, this morning (09 March 2010,) I arrived to pick up my order, ordered with no starch again, and the shirts were all labeled Light Starch, and the shirts were too stiff. That was not what I ordered or paid for. She gave me a line about my shirts not being stiff at all, and that they always have some starch. WRONG! Ive actually had shirts cleaned there with no starch, it was the first time I was there, and I had even brought them with me as a comparison. The lady remembered me from the starch issue the last time, but I guess it was my fault for hoping that the woman would care about her job and her customers. I live 2 blocks away and this is by far the closest, but Ill never go there again.

Horrible they got ink in my clothes and the asian or chines guy the owner said my clothes were like that and he wont pay for what he did not do and i had couple of my husbands brand new shirts like theres no way i had ink on does shirts and he refused to pay me and clothes had bad order and horrible pressing i asked for light starch and they put Medium starch and he was really rude to me ! NEVER GO THERE

Good service. Guy who works there gets my clothes right without exeption..
